English — How to open the EasyComp Zeeland Remote Support tools on Mac
Step 1 — Download
Download the tool you need:

Step 2 — Move to Applications
Open the downloaded .dmg, then drag the app into your Applications folder.
Step 3 — Open Security & Privacy first
Open System Settings (or System Preferences on older macOS) and go to:
Privacy & Security (or Security & Privacy)
Step 4 — Start the app from Applications
Now open the tool from the Applications folder.
macOS may show a message saying the app is “unsafe” or “cannot be checked.”
You can allow it to run. This warning appears because Apple normally requires developers to pay for official app approval/notarization. This does not automatically mean the app is unsafe.
Click Cancel (or close the warning).
Step 5 — Allow it in Privacy & Security
Go back to System Settings → Privacy & Security.
You should now see a new message about the blocked app and a button like Open Anyway.
Click Open Anyway.
A second confirmation may appear — click Open Anyway again.
Step 6 — Enter your Mac password
Enter your Mac user account password to confirm.
From now on, you can open the tool normally with a double-click.
